Led by Learning & Development professionals with decades of industry and academic experience, this week-long immersion gives you a university-grade foundation in lending logic and market fundamentals.
- Phase 2: In-Department Mentorship – After the classroom, you aren't left to figure it out alone. You’ll be paired with an experienced mentor within your specific department. This guidance ensures you can apply your new knowledge to real-world scenarios, giving you a safe and supported environment to grow from a student into a top-performing ADvocate.
