Mortgage Operations | Disclosure & Funding

The Disclosure team at AD Mortgage is the first stop in Operations once a loan is submitted by our partners. The team plays multiple roles throughout the life of the loan to support a smooth transaction, including initial disclosures, submissions to underwriting, revised loan estimates, and 3-day closing disclosures.

The Funding team at AD Mortgage works closely with settlement agents on scheduled funding days to ensure smooth and timely transactions. They coordinate the wiring of funds, carefully review signed closing packages for completeness and accuracy, and address any final conditions prior to funding. The team is also responsible for purchasing correspondent loans in accordance with established guidelines. Their goal is to ensure all funding requirements are met efficiently so transactions can be completed without delay.
