About this opportunity
Start your career as a Junior Business Development Specialist in our B2B Sales Team. You'll be more than just a contact point - you'll be a strategic partner, building lasting relationships and driving by identifying and securing strategic investment opportunities!
No prior mortgage experience is required – the training is on us!
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential partners provided by the team to support business development efforts;
Handle partners inquiries and requests, follow up with them;
Manage partners refinance, purchase, or investment inquiries;
Learn and apply effective relationship-building strategies under the guidance of senior team members;
Contribute to team goals while developing your individual skills and expertise in the mortgage industry.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Fort Lauderdale, FL HQ.
Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal);
Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to learning;
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges;
Associate's degree (required) or 0-2 years of professional experience.
