About this opportunity

The Loan Closing Coordinator serves as the final point in the lending process, transforming completed documentation into a finalized home loan. This high‑visibility role requires a refined combination of analytical precision, regulatory expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to successfully manage a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven closing schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between brokers, borrowers, and external title companies to ensure a seamless disbursement of funds.

• Meticulously review and verify loan documents for 100% accuracy, ensuring full adherence to TRID, RESPA, and State/Federal regulations.

• Execute manual calculations for seller credits and final settlement statements with precision.

• Identify and resolve document discrepancies proactively to prevent delays in property ownership transfer.

Location and Schedule

• This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Fort Lauderdale HQ.

• Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal);

• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to learning;

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;

• A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges;

• Associate's degree (required) or 0-2 years of professional experience.
