About this opportunity
We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Sales Analyst to support our sales organization by delivering actionable insights that improve performance, efficiency, and lead conversion. This role will work directly with sales leadership to analyze CRM data, identify trends, and provide reporting that helps optimize lead flow, contact strategy, and overall sales productivity.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in turning data into meaningful business insights that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Pull, analyze, and interpret sales and lead data from CRM platforms
Work closely with sales leadership to identify trends and opportunities for improved performance
Analyze metrics including:
Best times for lead flow
Peak call answer times
Contact and conversion rates
Lead response times
Sales team productivity metrics
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers
Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable format
Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing insight into sales effectiveness
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Assist in forecasting, reporting, and sales performance analysis
Location and Schedule
This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Troy, MI office.
Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a sales analyst, business analyst, operations analyst, or similar data-focused role
Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Strong understanding of sales metrics, reporting, and business insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
Experience creating dashboards and presentations for leadership
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate data findings in a clear and concise manner
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting inside sales or call center environments
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
