About this opportunity
We're looking for a Title Processor to join our team. The Title Processor is responsible for reviewing, preparing, and completing all documentation required to facilitate real estate closings. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of title files while providing clear communication to clients, lenders, real estate agents, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
Open and organize title files, ensuring all required information and documents are collected.
Review title searches to identify liens, encumbrances, judgments, and other title issues.
Prepare title commitments, settlement statements, and related closing documents.
Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers to obtain necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
Order payoffs, surveys, HOA estoppels, tax information, and other supporting documents needed for closing.
Clear title issues by working with underwriters, attorneys, and relevant parties.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
Maintain accurate records and update file status throughout the process.
Assist with scheduling closings and preparing final closing packages.
Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication to all parties involved.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Fort Lauderdale, FL HQ.
Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in title processing, title insurance, escrow, or real estate closing preferred is a plus.
Strong understanding of title commitments, settlement statements, and closing procedures is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with title software (e.g., Qualia, SoftPro, ResWare) is a plus.
High school diploma required; additional real estate or title coursework is beneficial.
